We are working on implementing a few new features. Among these are uploading photos from mobile phones. We have checked out different approaches and have decided to go for a Java based program. What do you think about that? What would be most practical for you?
Another thing we are working on is the ability to share photos with friends. How is that working for you? Do you need any other “way” of doing it?
We are also very interested in hearing about how the Java applet for uploading photos work out for you, so please leave a comment

Sharing with friends would be cool, what I need is:
1) You have a list of friends
2) You define your groups (family, friends, colleagues, football club, etc.)
3) Mark which groups people belong too (i.e. a person can both be a friend and family)
4) You mark which group can see a particular album or photo

Thank you for your input! Right now, we have a basic friend system where all friends is just in one big group. We will look into the possibility of friends grouping.
